General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Siegelring-Shop.de

3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart. The provider confirms receipt of the order by email, thereby concluding the contract.

4. Prices and payment terms
All prices quoted are final prices in euros and include VAT. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods specified during the ordering process.

5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery time is typically 4-7 business days. The provider is entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for the customer.

6. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer takes possession of the goods.

7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, the customer has the right to subsequent performance, i.e., repair or replacement.

8. Liability
The provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In the case of slightly negligent breaches of duty, the provider is only liable if a material contractual obligation has been breached.

10. Final provisions
The laws of the French Republic apply. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
